Working as a subcontractor with Superbite's design team, I completed all tile work, both on floors and on walls; installed custom pegboard; created custom build-outs behind the bar; and welded custom bar stool tracks. With an emphasis on clean lines and elevated simplicity, my focus was on polishing the details work for a refined, modern finish.
Custom tile and flooring for the Rejuvenation Hardware catalog: installed all wall and floor tile; hand-painted a white diamond pattern on wood floors that I then installed on-set.
Top to bottom kitchen renovation including demo of original kitchen cabinets, installation of new cabinets, hardware, countertops, shelving and appliances. Countertops were soapstone tiles laid close with epoxy and sanded to appear as one piece and butcherblock in the work space.
Two rooms were combined to create one, larger new bathroom. Complete renovation included demo of original spaces, tub, shower, vanity, toilet insallation as well as all tile work, light fixtures, drywall, paint, hardware and finishing.
The owners of this home were on a budget so I painted their existing cabinetry then poured custom concrete counters after ripping out the original laminate ones. I ripped up the old tile floor and replaced it with this modern tile that we found at a discount tile shop. I replaced the original built-in 2 piece stove with this standing version.
All surfaces were refinished: I removed the popcorn ceiling, painted the walls, installed new hardware and light fixtures, as well as new baseboards and window frames.
This home was refinished top-to-bottom to update it from a 90's builder-grade track house to a custom home for it's new residents. I ripped up carpeting and laid down a concrete overlay on the floor to look like marble. All new baseboards were installed throughout the house. All walls were painted and light fixtures were changed. I ripped out old tile around both fire places and replaced it with new tile.
Additionally, the owners wanted a barn door in the living room, so I ripped out the old door and installed the one you see here.
The bathrooms were given basic upgrades to keep the budget down: I painted existing cabinets and replaced all sinks, hardware and lighting as well as repainting all of the walls.
For this top-to bottom kitchen remodel I ripped out all existing cabinetry and installed new cabinets and counters. I laid subway tiles for the backsplash and installed a new stove, hood, sink and faucet. I also laid the tile floors as well as installed the lighting (both can lights and hanging lights) and all finishing hardware.
In addition to repainting all of the walls in this designer's home I also refinished many of the trim and case-goods, including the banister and stair rail, turquoise study shelving (to match the walls) and navy child's bed. I also painted all trim and ceilings.
I created a custom light fixture for this nursery as well as painted all walls and installed new baseboards and moulding
To update this fireplace without harming the existing brick I built a structure around the brick then refinished the new surface with plaster. I removed the built-in cabinets and painted the walls.
If future homeowners want to uncover the brick, the plaster structure can come down and the brick will be unharmed.
